Optional - Use a result source if you want to specify a provider to get search result from other than the Local People Results.
Add additional managed properties to use in the people search result templates. Default properties can be seen below, but others like AboutMe, Colleagues, CombinedName, Location, OfficeNumber, PastProjects, Schools, Skills can be added as well as custom managed properties. These properties can then be used to customize the People Directory templates inside the Wizdom configuration center > People Directory > Templates

Suggested people will display users that you recently worked together with - either through mails or skype etc. based on Delve. If you do not use Delve, you can disable this component here.
